We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes posted and dated accordingly.

Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 03:Credit Repair Disclosures (CROA)

Ascend Solutions is a credit repair organization governed by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. Under CROA you are entitled to the following rights:

Section 04:90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If we are unable to remove a single negative item from your credit report within ninety (90) days after the start of active dispute work (defined as the date we file your first round of disputes), you may request a full refund of the credit repair fees you paid us. The guarantee does not cover items that were removed and then re-reported by creditors. To request a refund under this guarantee, email contact@ascendingsolutions.co within ten (10) days of the 90-day period ending.

Section 05:SMS & Text Message Communications

Users who provide mobile numbers consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Ascend Solutions. Message types include service updates, account notifications, dispute round confirmations, appointment reminders, funding application status, and promotional offers.

Message frequency varies based on your service status. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month.

Opt-Out Process: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for customer support, or contact us at contact@ascendingsolutions.co.

Data Protection: SMS consent and phone numbers collected for text messaging purposes will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing use.

Fees are disclosed before engagement. Plan amounts are listed at scale.ascendingsolution.co/credit-repair. Payments process through Square, a PCI-compliant payment processor, and we do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

All sales are final once you are past your CROA-mandated 3-day cancellation window, unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement or covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

Section 08:Business Funding Services

Our funding services match you with third-party lender programs. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. Approval, terms, interest rates, and credit limits are determined solely by the lenders. We do not guarantee approval, funding amounts, or interest rates. Our fee for funding services is contingent — you only pay if you actually receive funding.

Section 09:Affiliate Program

Affiliates earn commissions for referring paying clients. Specific commission rates and terms are described on our affiliate signup page at scale.ascendingsolution.co/affiliate. Commissions are calculated on actual payments received from your referred clients and are paid monthly via the affiliate's chosen payout method (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App). We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate for fraud, deceptive practices, spam, harassment, or violation of these Terms.

Section 10:Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant specific outcomes, credit score increases, item removals, loan approvals, or uninterrupted service.

Section 11:Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Ascend Solutions in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Section 12:Intellectual Property

The Ascend Solutions name, logo, website content, dispute templates, methodology, training materials, and Credit Blueprint and Funding Blueprint lead magnets are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our content without our express written permission.

Section 13:Third-Party Links & Services

We accept no responsibility for third-party websites or services we link to or use, including but not limited to Square (payment processing), GoHighLevel (CRM and communications), our funding partner lenders, the credit bureaus, and any third-party blog or social media we link to.

Section 14:Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alachua County, Florida.

Section 15:Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, with or without notice, if violations of these Terms occur or if continued service is otherwise inconsistent with the law or our policies.

Section 16:Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time with revised "Last updated" dates posted at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
